By accessing or using the FullRTR website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
FullRTR operates as a pre-collections agency specializing in merchant cash advance (MCA) account resolution. Our services include pre-collections outreach, account stabilization, settlement negotiation, and real-time reporting for funders. We act as a neutral third-party mediator between funders and merchants.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to MCA funders and revenue-based financing providers on a referral-only basis. By engaging our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization.
4. Fee Structure
FullRTR does not charge funders directly for our services. Our fees are collected from the merchant on the backend as part of the settlement agreement. Specific fee arrangements are detailed in individual service agreements between FullRTR and participating parties.
5. Confidentiality
All account information, deal data, merchant details, and financial records shared with FullRTR are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to unauthorized third parties. Access to the data room and reporting tools is restricted to authorized funder representatives.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
While FullRTR employs structured processes and professional outreach to maximize resolution outcomes, we do not guarantee the recovery of any specific amount or the successful settlement of any account. Results depend on merchant cooperation and individual circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
FullRTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or interruption of business operations.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active partners. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
