Our Story
FullRTR was founded out of a simple observation: the MCA industry lacked a credible, professional intermediary that could intervene during the critical window between default and legal action. Funders were losing recoverable capital to costly litigation, and merchants were being pushed into adversarial scenarios by unqualified operators.
We built FullRTR to fill that gap. Our team brings deep experience in merchant cash advance operations, account management, and financial mediation. We understand the economics on both sides because we have worked on both sides.
Today, FullRTR operates as a referral-only pre-collections agency, working exclusively with funders who value transparency, structured communication, and full RTR recovery over aggressive tactics.
